Before Core Fusion, there was Lotte Berk. Designed specifically to condition the whole body while strengthening core muscles and improving flexibility, this unique mixture of barre, floor and yoga exercises is carried out to up-beat music. Suitable for all ages/levels.

Musicians find the benefits invaluable. People with injuries, difficulties in moving etc - this method is extremely successful in this area.

 

These exercises are usually done laying down while wearing loose comfortable clothes. (Please bring a mat and blanket)
