We have only one dance studio:


  •  L-shaped, private and airy with lots of natural light from large windows 
  • Main area 22’ x 30’ (6.7m x 9.14m) plus extra 12’ x 12’ (3.6m x 3.6m)
  • Height 9’2” (2.8m) – no overhead grid for hanging lights or other items
  • Sprung wooden floor, with wall-to-wall grey Harlequin Allegro overlay
  • Ballet barres and mirrors
  • Sound system (CD, cassette), remote control, i-pod connection
  • Centrally-heated
  • Training facilities include 4 large tables, 20 chairs & 2 flipchart easels



No smoking, rosin on the floor, hard-shoe percussive dance or live drumming, except by specific, prior arrangement. Please note we have no piano.


  • Separate male & female changing rooms, each with shower, WC & basin
  • No café, but modest waiting area and small kitchen with refrigerator etc
  • Ground floor throughout, so easy access, one step from pavement
  • No private parking, but just outside Congestion Zone, with metered car parking
  • (Westminster City Council), nearby NCP and free on-street parking after 6.30pm and weekends
  • Excellent train, bus & underground access, nearby taxi rank
  • Excellent local shops, cafés, restaurants, bars & facilities
