Hire Rates

For many years we offered a heavily-discounted daily rate of £30 to independent artists and small companies, thanks to London Arts and then Arts Council England funding.

Sadly, this facility is no longer available, since Arts Council England no longer funds UKFD to provide subsidised rehearsal space.

However, despite ACE's decison we are willing to discuss the needs of of those who are passion rich but cash poor when it comes to dance.

Studio Specifications

• L-shaped studio with excellent natural light.
• Main area 22'x30' (6.7 x 9.14m) with extra 12'x12' (3.6 x3.6m). Height 9'2'' (2.8m)
• Fully sprung wooden floor with grey marley overlay.
• Ballet barres and mirrors.
• Sound system (CD/cassette). Please note we no longer have a piano.
• TV/VHS/DVD available on request
• Training facilities include 3 large tables, 20 chairs & 2 flipchart easels.
• Centrally heated.

Sorry we cannot permit: smoking, rosin on the floor, hard-shoe percussive dance or extended live drumming.

• Separate male and female changing room with shower, wc and basin.
• Tea/coffee-making facilities available in small kitchen area.
• No public payphone. Use of good photocopier available by arrangement.
• Ground floor access throughout: no stairs, one step from pavement to street door.
• Good local shops/facilities.
• Good bus and underground access, close to Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware road stations.
• Metered car parking (city of Westminster) 8.30am-6.30pm weekdays; other times free parking.
